Vera Schiff
Vera Schiff was born in 1927, in Prague Czechoslovakia. After the invasion from the Nazis in 1939, her family was diminished from their home until 1942 and deported to a concentration camp. She is a single survivor from her family. Theresienstadt is also where Vera met her future husband, Arthur Schiff. They were both survivors and eventually moved to Israel for 12 years before settling in Toronto, Canada.
Alan Mallory
Alan is an international speaker, author and avid world traveler who is passionate about living life to the fullest. In 2008, on a two-month long expedition, Alan and his family set a world record for being the first family of four to reach the summit of Mt. Everest. He takes his exciting experiences from around the world and turns them into a captivating presentation touching on the importance of group leadership. Through sharing photos and videos of the grueling expedition and an interactive style of speaking, Alan stress the significance of using development skills in order to conquer one’s own personal “Everest.”
